I have the nasty habit of biting my nails. I need help! I try to stop but I can only let them get so long and then they drive me crazy and off they go. Any suggestions of how to stop??
my mom got me to stop by saying, "hollie, do you realize how many dirty germs are underneath your finger nails. That is so gross. You need to stop" and I did. Scared me I guess :)
We have promised Hannah she can have one dollar per hand if she stops biting...maybe Jamie can do the same for you ;)
