New Addition and St. George Triathlon

Meet Louie!

The newest member of our family.

We adore this little yorkie, even though he is a little stinker sometimes. He is only 8 weeks old, but already he can sit and lay down on command. We are working hard on the potty training, and he can go through the whole night some nights without waking me up to go out.

I also ran in a beginner triathlon last weekend in St. George. This is me at the finish line.

I really enjoyed doing it, but it was a challenge. I didn't train as well as I should've. It was 8 laps swimming, 5 miles biking, and 1.5 miles running.

This is me and my friend Shannon who I did it with. She kicked my butt and got 2nd place out of all the girls.

We went with the Frye's... Aren't they the cutest family! We love them and hanging out with them.

We had a great weekend and the weather was awesome. I can't wait to do it next year! Anyone want to join me?
